Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp plum sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 green onions, minced
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp Chinese five-spice powder

Directions

In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients and whisk until blended. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator; it will keep for up to 1 week. Bring to room temperature and stir before using.
